New images of Colvin tombstones enrich database

Thanks to the intrepid volunteers at Find-a-grave.com. The Colvin Study has been enriched with the images of the headstones of Hayward Colvin who d. 18 August 1872 in Clay County, Missouri and his wife, Sarah Smallwood who died the previous year, on 6 February 1871. Hayward was the son of Richard Colvin, Jr., son of Richard Colvin, Sr.

Both he and Sarah now rest in the Old Liberty Graveyard in Kearny TWP, Clay County, Missouri. Two memorials have been created by this researcher at the Find-a-grave site and the photos attached thereto. The images have also been added to the Flicker sideshow featured on this blog.
